Gurulev V.L. - Colonel of the Reserve, Senior Engineer, Astana IT University, Astana, Kazakhstan. He was born and grew up in Zhambyl region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 199 to 2021 served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Pensioner. Continues to be engaged in military-patriotic education of youth, writes articles in military-scientific magazines. Married, two sons.
