About the author










Tembi Chinaire is a Diabetes Educator, Certified Nutrition Adviser and Diabetes Consultant Nurse and leads the provision of a co-ordinated, proactive and progressive diabetes service for the North West London Integrated Care Board. She has over 10 years' hands on experience of supporting diabetes patients in the NHS, BUPA and HCA, where she has used the latest available technology to improve outcomes. Tembi is a Florence Nightingale Travel Scholarship winner and is a current member of the NICE Diabetes Guidelines Update Committee.
