A.V. Tolmachev was born in 1964 in Tedzhen, Turkmen SSR. Education: Faculty of Technology, MISIS; Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, Lenin Moscow State Pedagogical Institute; Faculty of Insurance, NIFI; Faculty of Law, Lomonosov Moscow State University; Faculty of Philosophy and Theology, St. John the Theologian Russian Orthodox Church. PhD (Doctor of Law), ThD (Doctor of Theology).Hobbies: ancient history, archaeology, spiritual and folk music.
