Judy Rose started writing poetry many decades ago when she realised she needed an outlet to express her experiences of the ups and downs of motherhood, unsuccessful attempts at being a domestic goddess and the fruitless pursuit of acquiring the body of Elle Macpherson. Sadly there have been few improvements over the years and now, with the passing of time, she has turned her attention to the many challenges of middle age and beyond.
