This is a qualitative study, action project, with a documentary field design. Its objective is to propose strategies to optimize the organizational climate of the nursing staff assigned to the adult emergency unit of the University Hospital of Maracaibo, Venezuela. The subjects of the study will be thirteen (13) nurses of the unit in order to collect qualitative information on the organizational climate. The procedural orientation consists of three basic phases: Diagnosis, Feasibility of the study and the proposal for which a didactic strategy will be implemented. This research will be an example for other studies worldwide, providing valuable contributions for other researchers on the different strategies that can be used, allowing the improvement of the work in the Health area, strengthening the attention to users, family and community.
