Napoleão Lopes Guimarães Neto, Lawyer, Master and Specialist in Law from UCB and FGV, respectively. Member of IAB, Author of several legal articles published by specialised magazines. He has worked as a legal advisor to companies of the Federal Public Administration and currently serves as legal advisor to the Federal Senate.
