This book focuses on the study of the collegiate judgment for crimes committed by criminal organisations, highlighting the importance of this collegiate with its grounds. The emergence of law 12.694/2012 has clarified some old doubts, such as the definition of criminal organisation and its characterisation as a crime. However, what stands out most is that the new law allows collegiate judgment for crimes committed by criminal organisations. The main objective is to develop a study to improve knowledge about the functioning of the collegiate trial for crimes committed by criminal organisations, according to Law 12.694/2012. The research has as method the qualitative form, using legislation, articles, theses and dissertations published, referring to the proposed theme, analysing its main topics and more specific study to Law 12,694 of 2012.
