The spectral theory of operators on a Hilbert space is a rich and important theory. Selfadjoint operators is one that is its own adjoint or equivalently one whose matrix is Harmitian. Scott A. McCullough and Leiba Rodman have introduced the concept of n-selfadjoint operators on Hilbert space H. In case of n=1, it coincide with the usual concept of selfadjoint operators. In this book we discussed some results for n-selfadjoint operators which are very well known for selfadjoint operators. Also we have characterize the n-selfadjoint operators and discuss the algebraic structure of n-selfadjoint operators.
