This research is based on the observation of a situation in the educational context, therefore, through the design of action research participant, the general objective is to propose a strategy through information and communication technologies (ICT) based on Banks' holistic model for teacher training around the construction of interculturality in the classroom of the Minuto de Dios School in Soacha-Cundinamarca. The work was based on the postulates of Banks' Holistic Model, which has the goal of promoting interculturality in the educational context, starting from the idea that diversity and culture are a positive element and develop fundamental aspects for the coexistence of people in society.
