About the author










Albert J. Mills is Professor of Management at Saint Mary's University (Canada) and Professor of Innovation Management at the University of Eastern Finland. He is also the co-editor of the journal Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management.

Milorad M. Novicevic (PhD, University of Oklahoma) is a former Chair of the Academy of Management - History Division and an Associate Professor at the University of Mississippi.
