P¿¿lúmi àti Péjú

P¿`lúmi and Péjú are siblings who love each other very much. They have a duck that hatches ducklings. Much to their father's dismay, the ducklings grow up and start flying (and pooping) everywhere. Soon, their father has had enough. He can't stand the ducks anymore. P¿`lúmi and Péjú are not happy about what happens next.

About the author

Àník¿¿ Fátúnà¿e is a long time Yorùbá teacher. She taught Yorùbá at Corona Primary School in Lagos, Nigeria, in the 1980s. Today, she teaches Yorùbá to non-native speakers in the United States. Her dream is to see children everywhere learn to love and speak Yorùbá, one of the richest languages in the world.
