She served as president of the Chicago campus of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP), Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM), and Senior Vice President for Student initiatives with Arizona State University (ASU).
