Ein typisch normales Gehörorgan finden wir relativ selten in der Leiche. In den meisten Fällen sind abnorme Verhält nisse der Blutfüllung und Secretion anzutre¿'en, besonders im hlittelohr, die gewiss zum grössten Theil als Erscheinungen zu betrachten sind, die erst während der Agone oder auch post mortem entstanden sind. Besonders in den Leichen solcher Individuen, die an Herz und Lungenaffectionen gestorben sind, treffen wir die genannten Veränderungen in Folge von venöser Stauung im Gebiete der V. Cava su erior ganz regelmässig. Man muss sich deshalb hüten, auf derartige geringfügige patho logische Alterntionen, besonders wenn sie doppelseitig sind, einen zu grossen Werth zu legen für die klinische Verwerthung.
