Appears to have found there a disciple of Christ, With Whom he established a special inti macy, and he sends him to the Church at Ephesus as the bearer of a message of counsel, and also with directions to inform the Ephesians oi' his pri vate affairs, in order that he might comfort their hearts; and this man he designates as A beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord.
