About the author

Eliška K¿ížovská is currently a Ph.D. student at Institute of Forensic Engineering, Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic. She specializes in building enterprise economics, investment economics, building enterprise financial analysis and building enterprise evaluation. She works as a building engineer in a building enteprise as well.
