Health services to elderly people are very crucial since these people have unique diseases which need special doctor and special treatment. The objective was to study awareness of the respondents, accessibility and utilization of the health services rendered to elderly people. On Demographic, a majority 88% of the elderly respondents were not covered by Health Insurance scheme. On the awareness, 67% of the elder respondents appeared not to know about National Ageing Policy. From the findings of this study it may be concluded that poor health provision to elderly people contributed by many factors such as shortage of funds, limited knowledge, poor infrastructure. Recommendations given where that the elderly people should be given more and comprehensive knowledge about health services provision to elders, and there should be full cooperation between district officials and the community.
