Dr. Sikandar I. Mulla erwarb seinen M.Sc. und seinen Doktortitel in Biochemie an der Universität von Karnataka, Indien. Darüber hinaus war er als TWAS-CAS Post-Doktorand an der Chinesischen Akademie der Wissenschaften in Xiamen, China, tätig. Er hat mehrere Forschungsartikel veröffentlicht (28 Forschungsartikel, die meisten davon in SCI-Fachzeitschriften, und ein Buchkapitel).
