About the author

Timothy Moss, geboren 1959, ist Historiker und promovierte zum Thema Kommunalpolitik in der Weimarer Republik. Seit 1993 arbeitet er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am IRS und koordiniert das EU-Forschungsprojekt "Sustainable Flow Management". Die Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Infrastrukturmanagement, regionale Ressourcenbewirtschaftung, Planung von Ver- und Entsorgungssystemen.
