About the author

Jackson Gikunda Njogu is a renowned Kenyan scholar and literary critic. His Father, Robert Njogu, was a judge. His Mother Isabella Tirindi was a teacher.He studied at Egerton University, Karlstad University, Sweden; Kenyatta University and is now a Lecturer of African, English and Caribbean Literature, Theory and Aesthetics at Chuka University.
