About the author
Michael Connelly, geboren 1956 in Philadelphia, studierte zunächst Journalismus und Kreatives Schreiben in Florida. Anschließend (ab 1980) arbeitete er für verschiedene Zeitungen in Fort Lauderdale und Daytona Beach, wo er sich auf Polizeireportagen spezialisierte.
