Pesci (sure), de Rome, fut d'abord cho riste à l'eglise sainte-marie-majeure, el suc céda à Latilla, maitre de chapelle de cette basilique, le 29 septembre 1744, mais avec le titre de directeur au lieu de celui de maitre. Après en avoir rempli les fonctions pendant quarante - deux ans, il mourut à Rome, le 5 septembre 1786. L'abbe Santini possède en manuscrit, de ce maitre, les compositions suivantes: 1° Messe à quatre voix. 2° Messe à huit voix réelles. 5° Diet't à huit. 4° Messe à seize voix. 5° Invitatoire pour la Nativité, à huit. 6° Offertoire de l'avent, à huit.
