This work tries to expound how the constitution of the Federal Democratic of Ethiopia has adjusted powers and rights in such circumstances.

G/abzgi W/slase is an Ethiopian lawyer currently working in Jigjiga university school of law as lecturer of law. He received his LLB Degree from Mekele univerity school of law in 2008 and also received his LLM Degree from Addis Ababa university School of Law in the field of Constitutional and Public Laws in 2012.
