Okuyucularimiza sundugumuz Felaket Seneleri adli bu eser, 1908de Ikdam gazetesinde tefrika edildikten sonra, ilavelerle 1912 yilinda kitap halinde cikmistir. Daha sonra 13321913 yilinda Kitaphane-i Askeriyyede, Ibrahim Hilmi tarafindan ikinci baskisini yapmistir. Biz, eserin bu baskisini hazirlarken, 1913te cikan ikinci baskisindan faydalandik ve anlasilir bir sadelestirme yoluna giderek, müellifin üslubunu bozmamaya dikkat ettik. Bazi kisimlara dipnotlari ekleyerek meraklilarinin istifadesine sunduk.
