Lewin's change theory undoubtedly had an enormous impact on the field of change, but the theory unable to explain and cover the international talented people migration as brain drain in the all of social areas and has significant weakness in term of rigor. It will do so the gaps and overlooked in theory/model as well critical debates that support by a number of international brain drain examples.This study represents a proposed model for realizing global brain drain and brain gain.
