In the world and specially in progressed countries in high incident the tie between atherosclerosis, coronary- heart diseases, other pathological cases and nourishing factors is important and gives information for modern medicine and dietary sciences. It is important from the point of view to be comprehended the correlation among fatty acids, coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis to examine the oxidation of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids as free radicals damage in our body and the concentrations of productions (oxidized LDL, MDA etc) which are formed.
