After almost dying on top of a mountain in his early 20s, outdoorsman
Ryan Marshall decided to dedicate his time to learning everything he could about bushcraft and survival. For the last 10 years, Ryan has spent every other week of his life living in the woods, whether it’s +90°F or -10°F, facing challenges and extremes and learning along the way. His efforts have translated into
Marshall Bushcraft, a show on Canada’s Wild TV network, and a strong social media following (@marshall_bushcraft) that looks to Ryan to learn outdoor skills and bushcraft. Ryan lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and also teaches in-person survival skills courses to people of all ages.
