The monograph represents an independent complex research of the legal status of the Members of the Belarusian and Polish Parliaments. For the first time in Belarus and Poland in the comparative aspect the system analysis of the legal status of the mentioned persons is carried out, the most important theoretical and legal provisions concerning the notion, essence, structure and distinguishing features of the category "legal status of the Members of the Parliament of Belarus and Poland" are elaborated, practical recommendations on improvement of the Belarusian and Polish legislation in the mentioned sphere are developed, and the measures aimed at increase of efficiency of the mentioned representatives activity are also offered.The book is addressed to researchers and practical workers, teachers, postgraduates, undergraduates, law students, as well as to all those interested in the issues raised by the author of the monograph.

Oksana Vasil'evna Chmyga, docteure en droit (2010), détient le titre académique de professeure associée (2013). A terminé avec succès ses études de doctorat à temps plein à l'Université d'État de Biélorussie en 2023. Auteur de plus de 110 publications scientifiques. Expérience scientifique, administrative et pratique de plus de 20 ans.
