The exercise of political power and the application of the law maintain a strong relationship to the point that politicians cannot do without the law in the performance of their duties. The process becomes complex with the implementation of international law that introduces global governance dedicated to many purposes expected by the great industrial and military powers anxious to globalize everything to expand their sphere of influence and action. This involves politicians, businessmen and industrialists determined to make the world work to their liking. Carried away by a shameless and unbridled race, they abandon themselves to the permanent conquest of power, money and honors, often without much concern for the common people they are supposed to serve.
