Excerpt from Journal of the Senate of the State of Indiana: Being the Fourteenth Session of the General Assembly, Begun and Held at Indianapolis, in Said State, on Monday the Seventh Day of December, A. D. 1829
Ray, enrolling secretary, and James Ball, door keeper, and are now ready to proceed to legislative business. Ordered, That the secretary of the senate communicate that information to the house of representatives. And the Senate' adjourned.
