The book is a warning that war suits oligarchs, and the reasons given for war are in the most part faked. The book is dedicated to the little families around the world living in terror and pain, dieing and enduring suffering so that oligarchs can gain wealth and power.

Patmos Protocols draws on the three books by William Stuart, namely Demons of the Third Reich, The Great European Secret, and 9.11 to Armageddon.
