Über den Autor / die Autorin

James Allen wurde 1864 in Leicester, England geboren und verdiente seinen Lebensunterhalt zunächst als Fabrikarbeiter. 1902 begann er ein Leben als freier Schriftsteller und publizierte in den nur 10 Jahren bis zu seinem Tod im Jahr 1912 zahlreiche Bücher.
