Informationen zum Autor Ole Spiermann is Lecturer in International Law at the University of Copenhagen. He specialises in international law and international dispute settlement. He is a member of the Executive Council of the International Law Association as well as the ILA Committees on International Commerical Arbitration and on Foreign Investment. Dr Spiermann is an associate with Jonas Bruun Law Firm! Copenhagen.
