Annette Messager was invited to travel through the collection of the Giacometti Foundation and Alberto Giacometti archives. In the artist's life and work, she made rich and varied discoveries - sculptures, drawings, notebooks, personal documents - and created new works. This richly illustrated book reproduces historical works by both Giacometti and Messager and unpublished documents exhumed from the Foundation's archives.
