London and County Joint Stock Banking Company, 21, Lombard-street.

At sweeting of the board of directors of the London and County Joint Stock Bank' Company, held at No. 21, Lombard-street, the 14th day of December, 522, at John Sadleir, Esq., m.p., in the chair, Resolved on and after the 31st instant, the present mode of taking security from the officers of the bank shall absolutely cease and deter mine, subject to such regulations as may be embodied in the constitution of the Guarantee Fund.
