The report of the President for the Directors is read by the Secretary and on motion of T. A. Green, Esq., is adopted.

The report of the Finance Committee is read by its Chair man, James A. B'ryan, Esq., and on motion the same is adopted.

On motion of George Green, Esq., the reading of the reports of the other officers is dispensed with.
