Über den Autor / die Autorin

Frank Föse arbeitet seit 2001 als Technology and Performance Consultant bei der SAP Systems Integration AG in Ratingen.§Er unterstützt Kunden hauptsächlich im Bereich der Systemanalyse und des Systemtunings sowie beim Sizing der SAP-Landschaft und der Performanceoptimierung komplexer Anwendungen. Schon während des Studiums beschäftigte sich der Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur mit der Technologie der SAP-Software. Nach Studienende war er als SAP-Systemadministrator in einem mittelständischen Pharmaunternehmen tätig und begleitete dort das SAP-Einführungsprojekt sowie die Überführung in den produktiven Betrieb.

Sigrid Hagemann arbeitet seit 2001 bei der SAP Systems Integration AG in Bensheim und ist dort im Business Consulting Technology in den Bereichen IT-Management und Technologieberatung tätig. Schwerpunkt der Aufgaben ist die Beratung von SAP-Kunden zur Optimierung des Betriebs ihrer Systemlandschaften. Ihre Beschäftigung mit SAP-Technologie begann die Diplom-Mathematikerin 1993 im Fujitsu Siemens Competence Center in Walldorf.

Liane Will arbeitet seit 1998 sie in der Abteilung Active Global Support der SAP AG. Sie unterstützt Kunden bei der Implementierung und Optimierung des Systembetriebs und dem Management von SAP-Lösungen. Aus Ihrer Support-Erfahrung heraus entstanden einige Bücher zu Best Practices der Systemadministration, die ebenfalls bei SAP PRESS erschienen sind. Bevor Liane Will zu SAP kam, entwickelte sie SAP-Support-Werkzeuge für Datenbanken.
