When twelve-year-old Jenny arrives home a week before school ends, she learns her summer plans have been turned upside down. Jenny's been selected to compete in the TriTopTechRun, a competition for talented children to explore options to combat global resource pollution and depletion, largely due to the actions of the evil ShrinkWithers before it's too late. Worried about being separated from her family, the situation deteriorates further when her brother Branch goes missing.
Jenny will need all her sassy traits, magical powers, jokes, and a bit of luck to keep her balance as she battles for Earth's survival against climate change and the ShrinkWithers and fight to keep her family together and safe as they battle real and fantastical dangers.
