Electric heat differs from all other forms of heat in that it is not itself a process of combustion, neither is it a chemical action, nor one of friction. It does not consume and does not emit. But, apparently Without any cause, the conductor of the current rises in temperature and radiates this pure heat of Which we avail our selves.
