That on or about the lst day of July, 1941, the plaintiff duly and regularly filed with the Collee tor of Internal Revenue at Tacoma, Washington, its claim for refund for taxes paid for the year 1936 to 1937, in the amount of and set forth in said claim for refund the grounds upon which the plaintiff founded its claim.
