Vertiges, tremblements ou frissons, nausées, palpitations, maux de ventre, poitrine oppressée - notre corps manifeste de mille façons que nous sommes pris d'angoisse. Mais comment déchiffrer un affect aussi impalpable et protéiforme ? Que nous signale l'angoisse ? Renvoie-t-elle au présent ou au passé ? Peut-on s'en protéger ?
